In a season of giving and so much love, I am thankful for the opportunities we have to share love, hope and peace with our world. I believe most fervently that the season should reciprocate in every way possible all that we have been given by our Heavenly Father.
I do hope you and your family can be together and enjoy the joy of the season and of one another.
Remember that the healthy place for all of us to be in brain-state is in that calm, clear and cognitive place. It is the best place for relationship, fun and emotional health.
